With the rise of population, owning a way of living individually is no more practical for the middle class. Thus condominiums have become a source of inspirations for constructors. They literally mean apartments (barring technical details) wherein you own a flat and are joint owners of the maintained additions like hall, garden, courts and services.
These condominiums are managed by associations created by elite dwellers of the complex only. They celebrate different festivals and look after maintenance of electricity, water, lift and security. Expenses are shared by inhabitants of different flats. You also gain from a spacious roof.
To keep tenants’ right vis-à-vis landlords’ rights in check, different acts keep passing in different countries. Some countries are harsh to landlords while some are insensitive to tenants. However this form of living gives ample chances of building relationship with same-status people. There is a feeling of neighborhood, not pretty evident in bungalows.
