In this industry the workers need to possess ample physical stamina for they need to keep their body in all postures for several hours. At construction sites workers also need to carry heavy objects from one place to another. At times they work with dangerous and heavily powered tools and therefore their work involve great risk. So the life and living of all workers should be aptly protected and proper security should be ensured.
