A construction solicitor is an important person when you want to construct a building because he is responsible for all the legal issues that may arise from your building project. He oversees the general construction and he is involved from the initial stage of planning until the construction is complete so he deals with any issue that might arise in the entire construction process. Construction solicitors work for individuals as private solicitors or may work in the public domain and are well trained and knowledgeable on the constraints under which the construction industry is made of.
They work towards protecting the interests of their clients and they are the one who negotiate on behalf of the client and carry on any other duties that fall under their line of work. The other work of construction solicitors is to advice construction firms on how the construction will be funded and advice their clients on the relevant legislations on the industry.
